These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between you (the Customer) and Storheia Arena Drift AS when purchasing accommodation at our camp and/or tickets for events. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. Please note: The booking is binding upon purchase and non-refundable.
The terms and conditions herein together with any notices or conditions on other areas of this website will all together govern use by customers of this website. You should note that Storheia Arena Drift AS may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. Storheia Arena Drift AS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.
When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:
- You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
- The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
- You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.

When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.
Booking Process and Confirmation
Booking: Bookings can be made via our website. Once your booking is complete, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Changes: Any changes to the booking must be made in writing and approved by us. We reserve the right to modify prices and availability until the booking is confirmed.
Prices and Payment
Price: Stated prices include all fees unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
Payment: Payment is processed via the designated payment solutions on our website.
Payment will be charged immediately upon confirmation of the booking.
Currency Conversion: Any conversions for foreign payments are based on the prevailing exchange rate.
Cancellations and Refunds
Accommodation: Cancellations of accommodation bookings are accepted as notification only. As the booking is binding upon purchase, no refund will be issued regardless of the cancellation timing.
Event Tickets: Cancellations after purchase are not permitted unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. In the event of a cancellation by the organizer, the full ticket price will be refunded.
Force Majeure: In cases of circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, strikes, terrorist acts, government intervention, or other unforeseen events, we will, where possible, offer an alternative solution (such as a change of date, rebooking, or refund). It is emphasized that force majeure may result in the booking remaining binding, and any refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature and extent of the situation.
Liability for Damage and Limitation of Liability
Liability for Damage: Storheia Arena Drift AS shall only be held liable for direct damage that can be attributed to errors or omissions on our part, such as in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. This applies to both accommodation services and event organization. Damages arising from third-party services or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control are not covered.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Storheia Arena Drift AS be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, loss of profit, or any other economic losses. The Customer is responsible for providing correct and complete information when booking.
Third-Party Providers: For services provided by third parties (e.g., transport, payment services), their own terms and conditions and liability rules shall apply. Storheia Arena Drift AS disclaims all liability related to these services.
Disputes, Jurisdiction, and Governing Law
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by Norwegian law.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be attempted resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled by the ordinary courts with the registered office of Midtre Hålogaland tingrett as the agreed jurisdiction.
Liability
We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will take effect upon publication on our website and will apply to new bookings. For bookings that have already been confirmed, the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of booking shall apply.
